Told you so....

The death of Windows 7 may be mourned by some and met with relief by others, but the 'flat earthers' who believe it can be safely used after the sell-by-date are sadly misguided. News has emerged of a bug which could cause major confusion for those who refuse to give up on 7.

A weird bug of unknown origins has been hitting Windows 7 computers this month, according to multiple reports online.

Windows 7 users have been reporting that they are receiving a popup message that reads "You don't have permission to shut down this computer" every time they attempt to shut down or reboot their systems.

The cause of the bug remains unknown at the time of writing. There are workarounds for those who must. Read all about it here...
